We suggest that you purchase insurance. Once you have purchased insurance, it means we will send your package again when your package is detained by customs or cannot be delivered.

Quality

Before we ship your order, we will help you to check the quality. We take photos from all angles of the product and send them to your registered email address on our website. Please confirm the quality and size within 48 hours. After receiving your email confirmation, we will start arranging international shipping. If you do not reply within 48 hours, we will assume you have confirmed the order and arrange international shipping.

Please note:

We only accept return/exchange BEFORE we start the international shipping process. So please confirm your QC photos carefully.

Payment:

1.When you decide to buy, click "Buy Now".

2.Enter the "Receipt Address" interface. Please fill in your correct delivery address and personal information so that you can get your own courier accurately and quickly. Register with the correct email address, and you will receive quality inspection photos before shipment.

3.We support several shipping methods at your choice. Each has different cost and estimated delivery time. You can choose the appropriate shipping method according to your need. Then click continue to payment to enter the payment page.

How to track my package

After delivery, the international logistics order number will be updated into our website in about 3 business days.

1. Get the tracking number in “shipped order” of "My Orders" on the website.

2. Copy and paste the tracking number at https://www.17track.net/en to get the latest logistic information.

Shipping method and timeline:

The delivery time of the order to your country depends on the route you choose.

EMS: The estimated shipping time is 10-15 days.

The chargeable weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight, shipping rate is calculated with a dimensional factor of 6000.

Canada Post: Special line only for Canada customers. The estimated shipping time is 12-15 days.

USPS: Special line only for US customers. The estimated shipping time is 12-15 days.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are remote areas of the United States. Additional remote area surcharges will be applied based on the region and weight.

FEDEX: The estimated shipping time is 7-10 days.

DHL EU-HT：Special line only for European customers.The estimated shipping time is 12-15 days.

The chargeable weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight, shipping rate is calculated with a dimensional factor of 8000.

Royal Mail: Special line only for British customers.The estimated shipping time is 10-12 days.

The chargeable weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight, shipping rate is calculated with a dimensional factor of 8000.

Japan special line: Special line only for Japanese customers.The weight limit is 5kg

The chargeable weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight, shipping rate is calculated with a dimensional factor of 6000.

Tips: Principle of international logistics fee: Logistic companies compare the volume weight with the actual weight , and they take the higher value as the billable weight value. Volume weight (kg) = circumference L (cm) × width W (cm) × height H (cm ) / 5000 or 6000 or 8000. Actual weight is the weight shown on scales.

Notice:

International freight billed weight is the greater of the actual weight and volume weight.
